About this role
The Transition Success Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive and efficient transition for Experienced Financial Advisors who are joining Barnum Financial. This role acts as the main point of contact during the onboarding process, coordinating all activities and internal resources required to support transitioning advisors as they integrate their practice and clients into our organization. The ideal candidate combines a collaborative approach with strong project management skills and high-touch client service to deliver a white-glove experience. The ideal candidate is also ambitious and innovative, looking for ways to not only improve the transition experience but drive recruiting results and grow revenue.
Requirements
 Duties/Responsibilities:
Create and manage a personalized transition roadmap for each advisor, tailored to their business model, client needs, and personal preferences.
Partner with Recruiting, Sales Leaders, and other internal stakeholders to gather advisor insights and ensure full alignment throughout the discovery and onboarding process.
Act as the project lead for each transition, coordinating all tasks and ensuring timely execution of each step while gathering feedback to adjust as needed.
Serve as the main relationship manager for incoming advisors, connecting them to key resources within Barnum and our broker-dealer.
Build, maintain, and continuously improve the transition process, including tools, templates, and documentation—leveraging data and advisor feedback to enhance the experience.
Partner with CRO, Recruiting Team and other stakeholders to expand scope to areas that will help attract top advisors to Barnum as well as help those joining be more successful. Examples include marketing opportunities, VIP process, competitive intelligence and partnership with Sales Leaders.
Develop and maintain processes, tools and metrics aligned to the Business Development Associate and Client Relationship Manager roles. Work with CRO, Sales Leaders and other partners to drive adoption and best practices for the program.
Develops and maintains an overall project management structure that ensures prioritization, KPI identification, resource allocation and execution of distribution expansion initiatives.
