Responsibilities will initially include:
• Outbound calls to connect with existing clients.
• Gather facts from prospective clients to better assist and direct.
• Utilize book of business analysis to identify and market to client opportunities within an existing book of business.
• Be able to provide exceptional service to existing clients.
• Schedule and conduct annual reviews with existing clients.
• Manage internal Salesforce platform and systems so client information is up to date and accurate.
• Growth opportunity for increased client engagement with proper licensing, skill development and training provided.
• Maintain licensing, registration, continuing education and financial planning requirements
• Gather and/or verify information for client meetings and participate in client data gathering meetings as requested
• Plan analysis, plan design and development of a client strategy
• Research new financial solutions that may be relevant within the financial planning process and make recommendations.
Our Take:
Unlike most sales roles, this features a strong, base salary plus a high bonus potential. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to generate sales through an existing book of business. This person has a direct role in our team’s success and the revenue generated. There is potential for higher compensation based on results. This person must have strong client service skills, be friendly and understand the client’s needs in a short amount of time.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with the following traits:
Proficient understanding of financial planning and its components
Self-starter who is persistent and results-oriented
Outgoing, comfortable on the phone
Client-first attitude
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Enjoys being a part of a team
Experience with financial planning – CFP Preferred
Ability to use discretion and maintain client confidentiality.
FINRA Series 7 and 66 license required
Life and Health insurance license required
Experience:
Must be fully licensed with LAH, Series 7 and 66
2+ years industry experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Salesforce CRM experience ideal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) required
