This position is responsible for servicing existing Barnum P&C clients. Job Duties
Answer phone for P&C servicing calls
Assist clients with policy changes on a variety of different P&C products
Answer billing questions and process payments
Process mortgage change requests
Add/replace vehicles & drivers on auto policies
Run carrier reports for policy updates
Requirements
Property & Casualty License preferredÂ
Prior agency management system experience preferred, EZLynx experience ideal

Professional and service-oriented phone etiquette
Confident, organized, and motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Analytical skills to understand complex coverage detailsÂ
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, advisors, carriers, and leaders
